What We Test During Your Indoor Air Quality Assessment
We test every room in your home using professional-grade equipment to understand what’s in your air.
1
Temperature
Temperature can impact indoor comfort and affect the humidity levels.
2
Humidity
High humidity makes mold grow. Low humidity can cause dryness and coughing.
3
Carbon Dioxide (CO₂)
Measuring CO₂ helps us understand how well your home is ventilated and how stale the indoor air may be.
4
Dust & Fine Particles (PM2.5)
These are tiny particles in the air that can come from dust, smoke, cooking, or pollution and can get into the lungs.
5
Carbon Monoxide
This gas can build up when fuel-burning appliances don’t vent properly, such as furnaces, stoves or cars in attached garages.
6
Total VOCs (Chemical Gases)
These come from paint, cleaners, furniture, flooring, and scents. High VOCs can cause headaches, breathing issues, and dizziness.
7
Nitrogen Dioxide
NO₂ is a gas that can irritate your lungs & airways. It often comes from furnaces and other gas-fired appliances inside the home.
8
Formaldehyde
This chemical is found in building materials, furniture & household products. It can cause irritation, headaches, or breathing discomfort.
