These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the services provided by House of Thyme LLC (the “Services”). By scheduling an appointment, purchasing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
Appointments are scheduled by email or phone. Appointment dates and times are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from House of Thyme. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding promptly to scheduling communications.
An adult (18+) must be present at the service location to provide access at the scheduled appointment time. If no one is present or access is not provided at the scheduled time, a $150 missed appointment fee will apply.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid the $150 missed appointment fee. Rescheduling requests received within 48 hours of the appointment time may be treated as a missed appointment.
We prioritize safety. You agree to maintain safe conditions for our team at the service location, including adequate access and reasonable working conditions.
Animals: Any animal known or suspected to bite must be kept behind a secure physical barrier that prevents direct contact with the technician for the duration of the appointment.
If we determine conditions are unsafe (including animal safety concerns), we may pause work, leave the site, and/or reschedule. In certain cases, this may be treated as a missed appointment if access and safety requirements are not met.
We may reschedule due to severe weather or unsafe conditions (including but not limited to hazards at the service location). If we reschedule for safety reasons, we will work with you to schedule the next available appointment time.
Invoices are issued after assessments, and full payment is required before reports are released.
Payment methods and surcharges:
You are responsible for ensuring payment is completed promptly to avoid delays in report delivery.
All testing services are non-refundable once performed. Results reflect conditions at the time of testing and are provided for informational purposes only; dissatisfaction with findings does not constitute grounds for a refund
Any reports, findings, deliverables, documents, or written outputs we provide (“Reports”) are for the client’s use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or share Reports with third parties (including online posting) without our prior written permission, except as required to comply with a legal obligation or as otherwise permitted by law.
We take privacy seriously. Client information is protected and not sold. We may use trusted service providers to operate our business (for example, invoicing or payment processors), and we may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or safety issues.
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by House of Thyme LLC or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Thyme LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Thyme LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Thyme LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
(a) your breach of these Terms,
(b) unsafe conditions at the service location, or
(c) your misuse of Reports or Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Unless otherwise required by law, any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the website or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
